Customer Service Representative
Full-time cafe work while building. The internal tooling I wrote for the business came out of problems I watch happen on shift.
- Designed and shipped the Villa Management System - orders, menu, inventory and waste tracking - as internal tooling for the business.
- Built it on FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL, deployed across Vercel, Render and Neon.
- Worked directly with the people using the system, which made every interface decision immediately testable.
